We considered more than a dozen POS companies and interviewed several of
them multiple times before our bar staff and management team made the final decision to

Extremely pleased with the price, product, features, and installation
The software functionally is great for my establishment; I track my wines by the BIN number, use the Top/Bottom Movers Report to see which specials are a hit, and use the employee messaging feature to keep all my employees up to date. My wait staff and bar staff had no problems learning the new system.
While I was extremely pleased with the price, product, features, and installation, it was the support I received after the installation was done and the system installer had left. I felt comfortable calling the support desk with any questions or concerns and always received a friendly knowledgeable individual. I am proud to say with out hesitation that I would recommend this product and company to anyone looking for an affordable POS solution.

Future POS registers in our five corporate stores
Effective today…Swensons Drive In Restaurant has installed the Future POS registers in our five corporate stores. The menu item customization, ease of use, enterprising to the corporate office and the knowledge and professionalism of Future POS Ohio’s staff has made our registers state of the art. We are very pleased with the information detail that is available and the flexibility to link with our inventory system.
The screen layouts created to our menu items are very functional in our fast paced environment. We are able to use our menu item codes for the button names making the transaction from the guests check to the register very simple. The ability to have a validator, which we could not find any other point of sale register systems, is very helpful in trouble-shooting customer problems.
After a short training period and some practice, our managers are able to use the Future POS systems rapidly and accurately. Having only one computer system to house our register and inventory programs has resulted in a great reduction of computer hardware expense and a user friendly system for our managers.
The Enterprise system in our corporate offices has given us the ability to see up to the minute sales information with a click of the mouse When making changes on the Enterprise system it will uniformly change each and every one of our registers giving us a new confidence.

Future POS was a complete package

The purchase of our POS system was very important as we were planning our initial franchising and needed everything in one system that could grow with us. The enterprise system provided great communication between our outlets while the gift cards and frequent diner program has enhanced our customer service and overall volume. We added merchant services right after the install which went seamlessly. The Time/Attendance and thumbprint recognition are also great features.
We were initially concerned about a company all the way on the mainland, but the POS systems offered in Hawaii require paying more for each module and we would even have to pay extra for tech support. Future POS was a complete package.

Simplified our business tremendously
We are quite pleased with our POS system,
The system has simplified our business tremendously. The order entry is very user friendly thus cutting down on employee error. The cash register has sped up the amount of time it takes to clear a transaction, especially when the customer is using a credit or debit card. Also the gift card capability of the system has actually increased our gift card sales. We had previously used paper gift certificated which affected accountability due to human error. The back office functions have been a great asset to our business as we are able to track sales of every item for any time period, update and modify our menu items and automatically adjust prices for specific promotional periods. The employee maintenance has made it much easier to access information quickly and easily.
