1 - $10.95 per person - Includes salad, dressing, dinner rolls, serving spoons & tongs.

2 - Food is delivered/picked up cold.(allow approx 2 hrs to heat up on sternos or 1 hr in oven)

3 - All Sterno, Racks & Watering Pans are supplied. (with deposit - refundable upon return of completed setup)

4 - All Trays are 1/2 size trays.

5 - All trays are also available a la carte.

6 - Any additions or substitutions can be accommodated for an additional charge.

7 - Cold Antipasto or Hot Appetizer can be added for $2 per person.

8 - Seafood/Veal entrees are an additional $1.50 per person per entrée.

9 - Paper set up is an additional 50 cents per person - (includes plates, forks, spoons, knives, cups & napkins)
